Being a first-time oxygen user at 83 years old who has an Australian Shepard that requires a 4–mile daily walk is not for the faint of heart. My current POC weighed 7 pounds and it was killing my back and shoulders. So, my research led me to Inogen. Their very knowledgeable sales representative guided me thru my options and helped me thru the purchase procedure. I selected the G4 POC which fits comfortably in my backpack. The representative responsible for getting my doctor's prescription and getting my purchase shipped went above and beyond to help expedite this process.
