InogenReviews of inogen.com

I use my portable for when I go shopping etc. Otherwise I would not be able to do anything outside of my home. There are times when my batteries die and I have to leave to go home from wherever I am. I would order a longer battery but they are extremely expensive as was the Unit i have.

I wasn't told before purchasing that it would make noise so it is difficult to take into an area that quiet is needed

So far the G3 unit has operated as designed, i am happy with the ease of use and the versatility. I will wait until i have used the unit for at least one year before adding another star to the review.

Overall very happy. Transaction was not flawless, but had only minor issues, and were taken care of promptly. Prompt shipping. Minimal setup instructions. But fairly simple to setup. Have not had any problems with unit yet. I bought the lifetime warranty, so depending how issues are dealt with if i need warranty work done, will tell the whole story.

Having a light weight oxygen concentrator is a wonderful way to maintain an active lifestyle. The unit I own now is a bit too sensitive to knocks. I get system error messages at least four times a week. I reset the battery and it works fine. It happens with several different batteries, so i think the problem is with the unit.

I really like my G4, it’s light and convenient. I would recommend Inogen to anyone looking for Oxygen therapy.

I love the weight and function of the G4 but wish the batteries had more life...double battery on setting of 2 litre just about makes 3 to 3 1/2 hours of use..I never use the single battery as it really has almost no life at all, so I did have to buy a second battery

The Inogen 4 is very noisy and the battery gets way too hot. I shouldn't have to take it out of the holder provided by you so the battery can cool.
