And a lot louder than I thought and it puts off a lot of heat. It did not come with the case like it shows. I’ve tried ordering that case through Amazon two times and they send something totally different but it’s better than a tank.

The Rove 6 is still too heavy to carry through an airport. It is quiet but I was never sure if it was actually working or not.

I bought the backpack because the case the compressor came in was so inconvenient. However, the backpack is heavy & not much better. It's hard to access the recharging outlet without ripping the netting. There should be a ring in the netting to protect it from the constant use.

The Inogen G4 is a wonderful product that has helped me to continue my walking program. However, it doesn't quite meet my oxygen needs. When I told the sales rep a week before my trial date would expire that I would like to try the G6 instead, she has "ghosted" me and will not respond to messages.

I ordered the Gen 4 Column. The last Few Days it keeps saying Oxygen Error. Yet the Oxygen indicator says it still has More than Half Full. It keeps Beeping and I don't know WHY. HELP

After having this for 3 months now, I can say I like the portability, but even with the small battery, it is so heavy, and the battery doesn't last very long. If I can't plug it in somewhere then I don't go away from the house for very long. Like for example, the beach, that is out of the question and that is my happy place. The "purse" that holds it could be a lot better. As it stands now I have to carry my actual purse too, making all of this so cumbersome. I'll be happy to design something for the company, please call me. Also, different colors would be nice.

I have a G5 with a standard battery and an extended battery my wife purchased from an online source. I’ve been using my G5 for about 8 months. Social Security and my other insurance pays for it. I’m pretty confident they are being charged a small fortune. I recently received a replacement unit because my original unit began to have some issues. So, right off the bat turning on the replacement unit meant listening to a motor noise I can hear on the other side of my house. Also, it seemed my batteries weren’t lasting as long as they normally would. So, after checking a few times and making sure I wasn’t imagining it I called Inogen customer service. I explained the issues to the rep and that’s when things began to go downhill. The rep completely ignored the sound issue but, I said hold on let’s wait. She asked me to perform a couple field tests. Okie dokie, went through that and she decided it was the batteries. She was going to send me a replacement battery for the original one but not the one my wife purchased from the online vendor. Question How did the rep decide both batteries were defective? Both of them were less than 8 months old. I must interject here and say the rep and I were having a communication problem as she spoke very softly, had a strong accent, and seemed like she was reading from a script. Anyway, I asked her why she would replace one battery but, not the other? Because the extended one was purchased online and she couldn’t find the serial number in her system. Still trying to understand that one. It’s an inogen product but, not warranted because it was purchased online. Still doesn’t make sense. So, if you go with Inogen and want your accessories to be warranted pay the extra bucks. I’ll admit by this time I was a bit frustrated with the rep and we never made it back to the noise problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I felt I wasn’t getting anywhere. She hung up on me. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with Inogen customer service. I’m truly disappointed. I felt I was being talked at and it wasn’t a conversation.
