Dependable
it's great! even though I don't need it 100% of the time, just having it with me when I'm away from my home unit, I feel more confident.

personally, I think it's a little over priced but when you get down to it, it's worth it - I use oxygen at night & only as needed during the day - the smaller unit is light weight & not bulky like the oxygen tanks - I use the smaller unit for shopping outings & the bigger unit at night - glad I was able to get this, only wish that Medicare could have picked up some of the cost - lol

seems to work good.it is louder than I thought it would be.

My disabled son uses the oxygen at night. It is very convenient and works perfectly. However, it isn't as quiet as I had hoped. If it was used during the day or traveling or in a theater it could be a distraction.

My previous concentrator was ok but heavy and impossible to lug around on trips. I'm pretty pleased with the Inogen one. I appreciate the alerts if O2 isn't getting into my respiratory system. Sometimes I don't understand why, however. The explanations in the accompanying literature don't seem to apply. The alerts seldom go off of late, however,.which I attribute to more careful body position. The one thing that's annoying to my husband is the flashing light when I inhale. Doesn't bother me, though. The complaints are minor. I'm truly happy with my unit.

My new Inogen G5 cuts off every so often. I’m afraid that it only takes one time for it not to start back up and it will be while I’m away from the house.

Loved Inogen while I had them, had to go with another due to insurance. I had sent what I thought was their machine, turns out I sent my new machine. They did get most of what I sent by mistake back to me, but cord that goes from my adapter to electrical was missing, and I have to replace it, even though it made it to them, they can't find it and granted I sent by mistake, but they should have it and send it back. Also when they sent my machine, they put it in a big box with no protection, I'm surprised it worked after that.. they do not take care of things unless it's theirs, this I find very ugly of them. Their machines itself are good, and as long as your their customer, your well taken care of.
