IngogenOne G4 works great for outdoor activities such as walks in the park, shopping, etc. Disappointed with the performance of the lithium ion batteries. At setting number 2 and with the batteries fully charged at 100% they do not deliver the advertised operating time duration. We expected the smaller battery to last 2 hours and the larger battery to last 5 hours. We have three batteries and none have matched those times. Our experience with the smaller battery is typically 90 minutes; With the larger battery at the same setting it typically lasts about 4 hours.

I really like my Inogen portable machine, I did have to pay for it out of my own pocket, But I think I got as good a deal as possible. I like the idea of being able to use my G3 in the car without the battery in so you can save the Battery until you reach your destination or stop along the way. I was disappointed that when I asked for lifetime warranty on the Batteries both of the salesmen ignored the request & never said that there wasn't any lifetime warranty. Other than that I'm happy with my G3. I was wondering if you can get a battery charger so you could charge a battery while you're away & still use the G3 ? I did talk to a supervisor, She said the Batteries will last 4-5 years if you charge the batteries properly. She said never charge the battery until the light comes on & tells to plug in the charger.

It took a while to get started me and the "Machine" are doing well.

I am really glad to have it. I enables me to attend my grand kid events and to attend other things I would have to pass on. Sometimes I feel that my battery does not last as long as it should or maybe as long as I need it to.

Compact and light. The only drawback is the battery life. About 4 hours on setting 2. You must carry an extra battery on airline flights greater than 3 hours to meet FAA requirements. Other than that the Inogen G4 is easy to use and has been reliable in the 8 months that I’ve had it.

I have used the device for about two months and I have found it easy and helpful to use. I have had several system errors the last two weeks. After removing and Re-inserting the power cable and battery pack It returns to normal. Why this is happening is a puzzle. Otherwise I am so far satisfied with my Inogen’s performance.
