Our experience was great because of customer service rep Toree Walker. My mom and I were lucky to have her answer our call. She helped us with all of our questions and concerns. Not only did she follow up with us throughout the entire process. She stayed in contact with us with an informative, informative and friendly demeanor. It was one of the nicest customer service experiences. I’ve had in a really long time. My mom is so happy that she has a confidence to walk around and be able to breathe. we absolutely love this product and a big thank you to Toree for being so helpful. The people at Inogen provide honest, informative communication during the purchase. I now own the Rove 6 portable and the Voxi 5 home concentrator. I am very pleased with both units. Jamie was very helpful and thorough during the sales process. Her attention to detail and communication with my doctor to assist with the prescription was very professional. I will not hesitate to recommend this company and product line.

The customer service. I was never able to catch up with the team that helps in the first week, no fault of theirs, I work 40 + hours a week and my hours are their hours. The concentrator was easy enough to understand as was the instructions.
