T h e batteries don't last as long as stated. Can't afford to buy more, too expensive.between t h e single and double I get probably 4 1/4 hrs.

I love my G5, it is light weight & easy to carry. However when I have to use it day & night it gets hot. So hot it beeps at me. Is that normal? How can I fix the problem?

Unit works well but is noisier at 3lpm than my inogen g3 was. Also the carry case is a waste of good design. Again the Inogen g3 bag should have been used as a guide. The bag for my g5 is way too hard to carry either with that loosely called hand strap or the shoulder strap that is too damned thin and the pad is a joke! Too keep my cannula from being destroyed, I put a spring from a small notebook on the unit end. Then secured it with some medical tape. This is another area where the location and orientation of the outlet on the g3 was a hell of a lot better!

I like the lighter weight unit but the battery only lasts two hours.

Too expensive. Warrantee very good, sent a new unit when my home GS-100 unit started squealing. Also gave me new column for my portable unit when it warned to replace, during warrantee.

I love my Inogen. Makes life so much better. Still quite heavy for me to carry on my shoulder.

The unit is great and has been a huge help in keeping my mother active. I just wish that a continuous flow, rather than just pulse, in this size were possible.

I have an Inogen 4. I use it lots. I have the backpack and hip pack carry units. My biggest problem is battery use. The batteries do not last long enough. I also can have problems with over heating in the summer. It is a great product and would not be without it.
