My only problem is with the shoulder strap. Not tacky enough to keep from slipping off my shoulder. Otherwise this has been a lifesaver!!!!

Overall my wife and I are happy with our Inogen oxygen concentrator. Once on a while the alarm goes off, indicating that there is a blockage in the cannula or that the cannula is not properly inserted in the nose. Often, we cannot see the issue that made it stop, but can usually get it working again quickly. This is annoying at times during the night. Other than that, we only wish that some more weight could be shaved off of the G4 unit, as it is still uncomfortable being carried on the shoulder. But we love the small size of the G4.

When it works it's great. There are times when I swap the batteries the swapped battery doesn't make contact with the unit. So the unit doesn't run.

My Inogen 1 G4 makes noise. Not quite as advertised. I've had it since July 2019, and it's heavier than advertised. It is convenient and allows me freedom to get around.

I have few complaints. Had a good experience with Cort. He was very helpful and pleasant.

It has made life so much easier. Getting out again has made life more satisfying. Easy to use. Very easy to carry.

Very good product, works well, portable and dependable. One design flaw; on the older models the connector for the oxygen tubing came out the side. The newer models has that connector coming straight up from the top of the unit, and from that angle the tubing easily bends over and kinks off, especially when walking or moving. That needs to be fixed.

Have been Inogen customer since 2016. During these years I owned an Inogen G3 till the end of last year. At that time I had trouble with the unit. Since I purchased a lifetime warranty I called for a new one to be sent. Well after about 10 replacement units I finally received one that worked. During this time I went to Miami Florida to visit my son and his family. On the flight there my unit quit but after switching batteries and,working with the unit it started working again. I made it to Miami and half the time I spent sending units back for different ones. It ruined my visit. We did rent a unit from a local oxygen provider and I used that unit to fly home!!! I rented it for another week until I finally received an Inogen G3 that worked! Then I needed to send the rental unit back to oxygen store! I spent way too much on equipment!! In the meantime I decided to buy an Inogen G5 unit since it is newrer and had some advantages over the G3. I used the G5 for about two weeks and started receiving a message that the columns needed replaced! By now I was so upset about all of this happening. Once again I had purchased the lifetime warranty and was told it would be replaced. For some reason the new unit was sent to Miami Florida!!! Inogen had my current address on file. Boy was I frustrated!!! So I was sent two Inogen 5 units... one from Florida and one from Texas. When the UPS person arrived with two units he would not take the extra unit back because he had no label for it. I called Inogen and was told they would take care of it. A month later I was billed for the unit. I called and they finally sent a UPS person to pick it up. Also I was promised a long acting battery for all my troubles and I have yet to receive that long acting battery for my Inogen G5! All very frustrating!!!
