Why we purchased a Inogen One G4 Oxygen Concentrator We have been looking for a portable oxygen concentrator for almost a year now. My wife is elderly and 98 lbs and had trouble carting around a 7.75 lbs oxygen bottle and therefore became mostly home bound except for the few times she had to leave the house. After contacting numerous suppliers and not completely satisfied wither with the equipment or pricing. I was lucky enough to contact the Oxygen Concentrators Store and Mars answered the phone. I told him I had lots of questions and that I had been looking for quite awhile. Mars responded by saying he had lots of time to answer my questions. His responses to me were thorough yet easy to comprehend. The weight of the equipment and price were extremely important. I told Mars I would think it over and call him back the following day...I did call him back and he was totally helpful and understanding of our concerns. So, because of his pro-active demeanor, helpful attitude, easy going nature and especially putting up with my myriad of questions and always answering each one we decided to purchase the Inogen One G4 with extended battery. He shipped it out yesterday and it arrived this morning and my wife said...it was as light as her purse. Thank you Oxygen Concentrators Store and Mars Batton for making our lives a little easier for us. we listened to your advice and my wife does not feel like she is house bound anymore. I am enjoying the freedom that the Inogen has given me. It is lightweight and easy to carry.

Everything worked as it should have seamlessly.

It helps my mom to get around. She likes to go to church, and to the store but not for a very long time period.

The equipment works well and easy to operate

I traveled to an altitude of 7700 ft for 4 days to visit family from Feb 26 - 29. My Imogen was a constant during this time. I slept in it as well as wore it full time except when showering. It worked very well. I have two batteries to my machine but I think I will order a third one as well for a backup. I’m very pleased with my choice. Sandra Collins

I have been an Inogen customer for approximately six years. I put my concentrator in a backpack, and that allows me to have the mobility necessary to lead a normal life. I worked, exercise, dance, play my flute and go to the theater. When I have a problem with the equipment, Inogen customer services addresses it immediately. I unreservedly recommend the concentrators, backpack, "carts" and service.

Everyone I deal with at Inogen were pleasant and knowledgeable. An employee called within a half hour to help with setup and inform me of important maintenance information
