Works well
Works well. Would like unit to work at lower temps. Also would like silicon tubing as the current tubing gets very stiff at temps below 40 degrees. I converted my tubing and it is very flexable at all temps.

Good experience with both machines and dealing with personnel.

I like it, but it does bother me that you need to breath though your nose to get the o2. Wish it was constant as other machines are. And mine is one the highest setting and it feels like its not enough at times. If I was on a tank I wouldn't even need that high setting, but with this machine, I need to.

I enjoy the mobility that the Imogen gives me. I found the batteries do not last as long as advertised & add a lot of weight. The 2 hour battery is not enough to go any where. The back pack carrier is great! I could get a lot done outside. The balance & weight distribution was excellent. Currently I am having a problem with it not shutting off sometimes. The tec people were very helpful & it worked for a couple of days but is acting up again. Twice it has stopped producing O2 but worked the next time I used it. Need to call tec again.

Still learning all the ins and outs, but so far go good. It's taking some time to get used to the weight of carrying it everywhere but it is reassuring to know I can be away from home for longer periods and not worry about running out of oxygen. The only issue I have had is with a stuffed nose it is hard to get oxygen due to only being able to mouth breathe.

I am satisfied with my g5 unit. I recently inquired about a backpack carrier for my unit but no one could help me cause I wanted to put the cost on my care credit account. Representatives told me they could not do that. I bought my entire system using care credit. Anyway customer service seems to be lacking guidance or knowledge to steer me in the correct way to purchase thru care credit.

Delta airline required additional batteries to fly from Salt Lake City to Paris yet failed to note that the airplane offered 120/240 volt outlets in each set of seats. Touring in Paris went well although 2 of the larger batteries were needed for longer day trips. Covid-19 has arrived so air travel is out for now.

It's light weight and portable.
