The portable unit is quiet and light weight. With the base unit I have oxygen any where in the house. I highly recommend this company.

The customer service, first of all is a billion times better than my previous company. You get questions answered and treated like you matter! My home oxygenator is maneuverable, quieter and doesn't trip my power. Plus my energy bill has gone down. My portable pack is lightweight, and the battery lasts a long time. The ease of using Inogen is tremendously better than lugging heavy cylinder tanks! I don't wear out as fast and I can simply charge in my car while traveling, if needed. My quality of life has grown and it's beautiful! I feel like a person again!!!

The machine does what it's supposed to do Except, it is showing the high temperature sign frequently. I haven't called about it yet.

I’ve used several portables but always had difficulty because they used carts and were terribly heavy to load and unload in my car. My new Inogen is wonderfully light and so much easier to use. The sales person at Inogen was wonderful to work with and I’m extremely pleased I bought this unit. Thank you Inogen!
