I am in need of more nasal lines. I've tried calling but don't receive a call back! Also I'm only getting about 4 hours of less of use! I was hoping for more per commercials on TV!

I have the Inogen one G5 unit and it works great making my life much better allowing me freedoms oxygen tanks don’t give you. It has some design issues with the unit that concern me. 1. The oxygen hose connector is on the top pointing straight up, this causes the hose to kink 2. The charging connector is fragile, I’ve had to replace my unit twice in six months as I had charging issues caused by the connector. I travel a lot and use the unit plugged into my car, the normal motion in the car stresses the connector. Good thing for the lifetime warranty 3. I have the high capacity batteries that work well and gives good use time. The issue is the retaining clip on the unit is weak for the larger battery. If you have a slight bump to the unit the unit will shut off. Push on the battery and the unit will then allow you to power on the unit. 4. Remote charging. I bought the external battery charger and it uses a different AC power supply that is not compatible to the main unit requiring you to carry two chargers when you travel. Also, there is no DC charging option for the remote charger. The issue is you are at a stop and out of the car using the unit and you cannot charge the spare battery in the car, you can only charge the batteries when installed in the unit.

Great unit my only complaint is that it is easy to crimp off tubing because of connector location if it was on side or bottom of unit I think it would diminish if not eliminate the problem

I have not had any problems with my Inogen. It is nice to do things without having to much weight on my shoulders,

The unit itself is of good design and is compact. The performance is good and is especially like the fanny pack option. My unit has particular issues with the O2 stack. I constantly get a Oxygen Low alarm, leading up to a Replace the Oxygen Stack. Each stack was reported to last a year, however, I get about 5-7 months from my unit. I keep it clean and filters clear. I use it for anytime I’m away from home. I would recommend this item as a solution for added independence or supplement to a constant flow home unit. Model that are above the 3L flow limit need a fanny pack option. The carry bag just gets in the way when try to do most activities. Great product, could be better.

I have had it for six months now, and only have one issue with it. The columns are supposed to last 18 months, but when this one was only 2 months old we were in the car, and it popped up a code, said it had low oxygen, and said I needed to replace the columns. I reset it with the replacement battery, and it worked fine for another month, but then did the same thing again. It has done this a total of three times so far, and I'm afraid I might need new columns when it is only six months old. Otherwise it works fine.

i can take it anywhere. No heavy tank, air always available. Can drive my car with unit next to me. I did not give 5 stars as there is never anything perfect. Happy i bought the unit. One thing I wish I had know was where to buy the tubing.

I have a portable Inogen unit which I am very happy with. It's the concentrator I'm very unhappy with. This is the 2nd unit I've been sent and this one rattles almost constantly...enough to keep me awake at night when I NEED the oxygen. I either need a different unit or you guys get BAD publicity
