The company was very helpful in contacting the doctor and getting getting my mother prescription. It only took a few minutes to order . We did have to pay for our unit but with that being said it was the best decision yet. My mother can walk around freely without feeling like she has to stop every couple seconds to catch her breath . The unit is very light she able to carry it with her we have no problems . You will not be disappointed I'm your purchase if anything you may say why did I not do this sooner.

Had some shipping issues, but customer service got it all resolved. The machine has been working fabulously ordered the backpack that should come with the unit, but you guys were nice enough to swap us out a charger for the backpack and we greatly appreciated customer service for that.

The portable Inogen saved my life. Instead of being at home all the time tied to big oxygen machines, I am now free to go where I like outside or to visit family and friends. It is really a life saver and easy to use. I love it

I love the fact I always have oxygen, can go out more often. Portable is a life changer. The tank is a little heavy but i can live with that.
