We received it quickly. it was packaged well and everything was there. It was easy to put together and operated as expected. We have reached the level in life to be able to go the shows, especially the UNM Popejoy Hall which has the latest travelling Broadway shows such as Lion King, etc. as well as the philharmonic orchestra with both the classics and the pop programs. We find out however that the machine makes enough noise while operating to not use it those nights. This was a great disappointment but we will learn to live with it. We probably will not be able to go to a lot of them anyway for other reasons. Cliff and Sandra

My representative is an Inogen user and she helped me understand just how much I would love it! No more lugging an O2 tank around. My little portable machine is just right and lasts through all my shopping or appointments. I love it! It can get a little heavy, but nothing I can't handle. Insurance has covered all of the costs which makes it fabulous.

I appreciate having batteries with extended time limits. I have trouble with the pulse air system and when active I need to turn up the liters to 3 or 4 to have sufficient oxygen. With a extended life battery I can shop or walk for several hours. Couldn't do that with a 2 hour battery.

The customer service I receive at Inogen has cemented the notion that I truly have found an amazing company! Not sure of an exact date of service but can safely say “all of them”! Usually I need tubing and cannulas which I have ordered from the awesomely helpful Wendy. She steers me to what I need every time. Then there’s the time I had a burnt odor coming through my cannula. Tim had a replacement unit to me fast enough to make your head spin! They strive to make the experience a great one and do it right! Plus! I get to go places now that I couldn’t before and stay longer!! Especially after I purchased a large size battery!

From my first inquiry to receiving the unit I was contacted by the salesperson frequently to make sure the experience flawless. After receiving the unit a front line person contacted me to walk me through initial setup and this made me more confident in the initial startup.

It is very nice to have a company that does what it says. The only flaw is the weight of the portable unit. I realize that is because of the oxygen that I use. So I will adapt and use it as much as I can. Thanks for the good service.

Assistance with orders, forms on ip. , explanations of current options. Customer service , sales, set up team, worked together to complete my order from start to actually using my INOGEN. !! I am very happy to know I can now travel anywhere , anytime! My Oxygen needs are met! Thank you!
