InogenReviews of inogen.com

It is way too heavy with the extended battery to carry. I don’t like the extended battery because of that there are other places that have lighter ones.

The device is still too heavy for me I am a small person other than that it serves me very well.

My initial experience with your company was with a young lady named Amelia. She took care of all my concerns and answered all of my questions. Once my equipment was delivered and we set it up, I was referred to your customer service dept. We had some more questions, so we tried calling your customer service dept. several different times. No one would answer the phone there. Then we even tried calling your after hours emergency hot line. No one answered the phone there either. Had to wind up calling Amelia again. She apologized, and answered our questions to the best of her ability. She said she was going to send an Email to the customer service dept. It took almost 2 weeks for someone from your customer service dept. to get back to us. As a first time customer, this is leaving a very bad impression of your company. Any more problems, and I will be forced to find me a different oxygen supplier. I suggest someone have a good talk with your LAZY customer service dept. A representative from Inogen has responded to my complaint today, on July 9 2024. This person had the audacity to ask me to discuss my complaint further, giving me the customer service phone number that I complained about that nobody answers. WHAT A JOKE!!!

It is noise and not as light as you described i feel ss if i was lied to about the product

Inogen5 is to heavy and I even bought a new battery and it does not last. Keep getting error message. Have had nothing but problems with it. Wish I had bought a smaller one.

Purchased 04/2024. Feel I was mislead as to the battery life of the machine for each usage. Was told would last 4 hours for each use however only lasts for 2-21/2 hours at setting of 2. Was told hip holder was free then was charged $70.00 for it. Had to argue with salesman to finally get a refund of $70.00.

I bought a new Inogen G5 to allow me freedom to go out and enjoy life when I need supplemental oxygen. I had used it on a few occasions but the first major flare up of my lung disease it quit working. I had to ship it back to the company where I purchased it at my own expense so they could send it to Inogen for repair. I won’t have it back for a month so now I am trapped at home again. I bought a brand new machine to avoid problems like this. Now I’ll be getting the equivalent of a refurbished machine after paying for a new one and worst of all I’m concerned now about going on a vacation or even camping with my family because I don’t have a lot of confidence in the product.

I wanted to contact Customer Support by telephone. The first time I waited on hold for 30+ minutes and finally hung up. The next day I waited on hold for 20+ minutes and did get an agent whose advice was minimal. If this had been an urgent problem with the equipment I would've been quite upset.
