I called customer service earlier today about a problem with my unit. I was told my Inogen G4 replacement would arrive next day by noon. I received an email this afternoon saying I would get a follow up email once the unit shipped. I never received that an it is now 8:38 pm so I have no idea if my unit has shipped or if I should wait for UPS Saturday morning.

Your ads touts the weight of 2.8 lbs, that doesn't count the battery. I use the bigger batteries, which doubles the weight. Y'all sure aren't gonna' carry around the unit without a battery. Your accessories items are over priced. I'd like to a stand alone charger, but not at your price. Soon or later someone will come out with a knock-out copy. I can wait.

I bought the unit for my daughter and she uses it everyday and she likes it. however there are a few things you could changw. Where you plug the tubing into the unit always bends over and constantly has to be opened up and straightened out, you need to put some kind of spring there so the tubing doesn't bend down when you are using it.

I wish you would send me more than 1 replacement batteries at a time.Also when my unit broke down it took days to get a replacement.I was stuck at home.You sent me a replacement battery last week.I had the original batteries from 3 years ago.3 years and I only get 1 replaced.The other battery is slowing down why not send 2.I am going out of the country in January and will be limited where and how long I can go.

We have all your concentrator: G1,2,3,4. We are not happy with G4. It is changed almost 5 times. It does not maintain the oxygen level above 90 even at 3L. However the G2&3 maintains the oxygen level to 92 at 2 L. You keep on replacing it with another refurbished unit every time. With this much problem that we have I would have expected you to replace it with a new unit. If then , there is still problem that means that the G4 does not give out 3L.

The battiers don't last the amount of hours they say they should. I went back to my oxagent tanks. I needed to know how long of air I had.

Screen goes blank sporadically and cannot read it...I paid additional for lifetime warranty and nothing was said about replacing cylinders 1x per year at $100 each time. I would think for $3500 they could include a set or two. Not sure it’s working at times. Not thrilled with this unit for what it cost. When you call with question or complaint you feel like a bother and don’t get answers. Unit feels like it overheats not so sure it even works correctly. Would not recommend for what it costs.
