i realize that this is a company an need to make a profit, I currently have inogen as my oxygen suoplier an like it so well that I was recommending it to everyone, but unforunetly when I discovered that your no longer offering 2 battery one is not a option when your on level three for oxygen 3 hours is like a spiff its gone so that means you have no oxygen as sometime you do not have the option of being near electric to recharge but if you are you have to stay where your at until you get it charged at least half way but in that case they might as well stay with the other one. I have had great luck with mine but I guess its due to being on it a bit loner. Such a shame that I will not be able toi give a recommendation for someone to choose this company, As the techs are super

The machine is great, but one trip to town requires both batteries for me. I have learned to have bottled oxygen on hand in my car to be on the safe side. All in all, I'm glad I have my Inogen. Thank you, Gayle

There’s no place to carry the extra battery pack unless you are a woman with a purse. Should be a separate compartment on case for battery. The unit is only good for people with mild copd. Mine is severe and cannot recover using the unit after mild exertion

Sometimes the machine’s brain goes numb and I can’t do anything with it until I disconnect the battery. That is a pain in the butt. Also disappointed that the expensive warranty I paid for does not cover the chargers.

I have been using Inogen for a few years but at this time my portable keeps telling me there is no oxygen that is with both batteries fully charged. I hope to hear something from you concerning replacing the portable that I have now.. thanks

I don’t like the pulse I would prefer the constant flow I don’t feel like I am getting enough air through the pulse

This machine is high Maintenance. Not only is the machine very expensive but the upkeep is very costly. I was having to replace items on it before a year was up.
