First unit we bought was extremely quiet. Fan Motor started making noise and froze up. Replacement very noisy, sent another new REBUILDT one also noisy fanmotor. Lady asked me to put it up to phone she agreed and sent another REBUILT one, also noisy we gave up. Guess they figured we would. Have compared our junk ones to others at to other Inogen like ours, ours is noisiest of all. Called two managers I had previously spoken to, left many Messages NO reply. Bad PR. Not happy customers for something we paid a lot of money for. Concept good product disappointing

The company has had no communication with me for several years after providing me with their product. Does it require maintenance? Who knows. Is it working properly? Who knows? The monthly billings to Medicare have exceeded the cost of buying the product outright. The focus has been solely on billing opportunities and maximizing profit. The only communication has been this request for a product rating.

I had a G3 Double Battery under warranty fail. A replacement was provided within one week, but I received an Invoice that told me if I did not return the Defective one within a short interval number of days I would be charged for the replacement one. IT TOOK OVER THREE WEEKS AND FOUR DIFFERENT CONTACTS WITH DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT INOGIN TO ARRANGE FOR A UPS HOME PICK UP AND TO SEND ME THE PAPERWORK FOR THE RETURN THAT YOU WANTED BACK IN THE FIRST PALACE.. THAT IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. ..

I had your bedroom set and a portable concentrator for years, I moved to Pa and they needed service . None was ever supplied, Soon you wanted me to give you a large amount on money’s or you wanted them returned. I was with the understanding that if I was paying for a period of time I would own the machines. I have purchased my oun now so I do not want or recommend your product. Thanks Roger Meier 12 Tower. I bought a refurbished machine, you all replaced it 3 times because of malfunctioning. Two days after the warranty ran out it tore up again so I've had to go back to using the tanks. So I wasn't pleased with my machine at all

I have not gotten a portable concentrator that works since my first one went bad. I have given up and just biding my time until I can switch companies. The one I have now at least works sometimes but not all the time. When i call they act like I haven't been on oxygen for ten years and don't know what I am talking about. Like I said, I give up.
