It has made life much better for me and my wife, I am 80yrs old and there is no way with my condition I could handle oxygen tanks and I had to watch my 79yr old wife struggling every time we would leave the house with tanks and walker and now a wheel chair. Our daughter called Inogen and a representative named Charles contacted us, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and helpful, we decided this was an answer for us so with the help of our three children we purchased our Inogen and we are very happy with it, not to long ago we saw a person struggling with an oxygen tank and we are so thankful we have an Inogen, and we wish all who need oxygen supplement could have one one.

The inogen has given me the freedom I need, I work full time in a pool business. Have been able to work with the customers. I also use it to fly when I have to. So i would highly recommend it to any one who wants freedom.

Works good but way too heavy

My inogen has made me very happy. I am an 86 years old window and I bought from a different company. I now don’t have to worry about not having enough oxygen.Every day my inogen becomes more useful. My inogen lasts at least 6 hrs. and I have a fully charged second battery in my son’s truck.I am so happy with it.

Dionne was amazing. Made my experience easy, uncomplicated and straightforward. The product is everything I was looking for. It’s quiet and portable if needed. It’s easy to maintain too.

My unit is very portable and I can take it places with me easy it works great to help my oxygen along I have not been able to hook it up to my phone yet. Seems like there’s some catch that I’m not doing. I could use some help on adding it to my phone. I do like the people on the phone when I call in for something. They are very, very friendly and helpful when I need something answered. So far, it works really great for me. Very happy with it. I can take it in my car over my shoulder when I go out to eat or things like that.

Great so easy to carry around

We live on over 7 acres of land and there is always something that needs to be fixed or done. At 73 I am blessed to be able to still accomplish the upkeep and that was not possible after my triple by-pass surgery because I also have COPD. My Inogen allows me to keep my independence. I purchased a backpack that allows me more mobility while working and while riding my motorcycle. Sometimes I even wear it when in my home because the larger unit requires me to be tethered by a hose. With my Inogen I have my life back. I love it!
