It is still bulky to carry around. But it definitely is better than those tanks. The batteries last the amount of time that is noted. The only thing I would like better is a bigger pocket to put my wallet and phone in so that I don't have to carry my purse.

not as heavy as portable oxygen cylinders. easier change over when batteries run out. easier to carry or transport

I very much like it. I just wish there wasn’t any beeping sound. If I use it at night it keeps me awake. Also I wish it was a little lighter but I know it can’t be. It certainly beats carrying around a portable that looking like and heavy and looks like a fire extinguisher

A little noisey but easy to get around with.

Damian was very professional. We had many questions and if he didn't have an answer, he found out. Pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. The Inogen home machine is what we need for travel since the portable ones cannot be used with continuous flow and using the CPAP. Its 18 #, a little heavier than the portables but does fits in a carry on suitcase. Our only complaint is that when I called customer service, the wait time was extraordinarily long. We purchased the extended warranty and expect the home machine to work for a very long time. Thank you.

Wish it had charger included in whole package-for the price, it should have. Very useful until my 3L became 4L at rest 6L when active. Now I buy a NEW one? Do you even go to 6L?

I like my Inogen as its handy to use when I feel the need. Some days I dont use , but most days I use from a hour to more.
