Bought a unit @the end of April 2018 , 2 weeks later I was checking back on line and the unit went on sale and it was 1000.00 cheaper. So I called and was going to return the unit, but they told me to keep and they, sent me to my sales person Issac and that I would get a refund. So I left him a message, no return call... I left several messages still no return call, I finally reached him he said he had sent it to his boss to be approved. He said he did call to let me know..... as of Nov 2018, I still haven't received a call or refund. And the batteries don't last very long... maybe 30 min ...

Was told when I bought it. That was covered life time warranty. Nothing about 1 year on the battery. Need s battery and you want to charge a crazy price. If I New this. I would not buy it

After spending well over 4000 dollars on my two machines and spending 500 on a second battary I was told I need to Spend another 250 dollars on a charger. That's a RIP off as far as I concern. I should be able to change one battary while one is charging. I was not told this at the time I bought this..

No one explains critical information. Air is on demand only. You have to breath through your nose, not your mouth.If you don't use battery power for a while it goes completely dead and you have to buy a new one at $300.00 plus, dollars. SS does not pay for any of this. So if you want to spend $3,000.00 on a portable paper weight this is for you.. GARBAGE, JUNK, WORTHLESS.

We bought the money making unit and now he has passed;you would not by this expensive unit back:what a place:you are there to take the money which is a lot but then you don't want to hear from us::now I have this unit that is not being used:waste of money

Takes forever to come on. It gets hot after about 2 hours.

they force you to use the older heavier unit. the new lighter unit is what the older folks need but inogen wont provide it. When traveling it would be helpful if inogen would ship a concentrator to the destination to use it there instead of a person having to transport the heavy unit. and then have it picked up when leaving. other companies provide this as part of their services free of charge.
