I dealt with the same sales rep.(Sebastian) all through the transaction. He gave me his direct dial # which was very helpful when I needed to speak with him. All went well and I'm happy with the POC Inogen 6.

The ability to travel with out dragging oxy tanks along and having to constant check a pressure gauge that seems to last no time, is just wonderful. Even lets you know how much time is left before recharge needed.
