I like the unit, but, the batteries leave a lot to be desired!! I was told the batteries would last 8 hrs. Mine barely last 3 hrs!! That’s when I have it set on 2, when I put it on 3, which is where I’m supposed to be, it only lasts for 2 hrs! I feel I have been terribly mislead or your batteries really suck.

to heavy for me ,and over heats to fast :( batteries won't hold charge long enuff .. needs to have a better case to carry on your hip . its the inogen 3 , to heavy !

Battery goes dead too quickly....where our can't be charged anymore and you have to buy a new battery

Equipment is great customer service is terrible

It was great at first but my lungs were getting worse so I used it on the highest setting . I began to have trouble with it staying running and making oxygen. So I quit using it all together .

I love the freedom Inogen can give you. However, the battery does not last very long. I think its poor quality, I would expect to get a good 2 hours out of the battery as I was told-but am lucky if I get 1-1/4 hours.

I should have had a demo station with the item before I purchase d it.Used to go shopping and it was fine,but I used it when I went to bed and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the machine .I don’t think I would have made that purchased. I
