I recently purchased my Inogen, but the reason I did is because my mom has been using one for 3-4 years, & we have learned that is the most convenient oxygen system. Customer service is great. It is easy to travel with. Other companies I’ve had experience with don’t come close to comparing with them.

I'm very pleased with my Inogen G4 and use it daily. My Inogen mobile phone app is helpful in checking battery charge, breaths per minute, etc. As a wheelchair user, I have not yet found an easy place on my chair to carry the device. I purchased the G4 backpack, but for now, I carry the G4 in front of me in vertical position, as I cannot reach to shut it down, or remove it, while it's hanging on the back of my chair.

New columns were sent out promptly after I ordered them.

The ease with which one can handle the portable compressor and the large compressor needs a better way to use connecter for the humidifier—otherwise no other complaints. The staff was amazing and helpful.

We were renting a home unit and a portable, well it was pretty heavy for my husband to carry. Your in home unit is lighter and quieter that our previous, also the portable is much lighter and quieter. He is much happier with the Inogen! And the process to purchase really was easy, I hardly had to do anything. Gave them all the doctors information, to get the prescription, and before we knew it, they called us to confirm which units we wanted and had them shipped very quickly. For 2seniors to think it was smooth and seamless, it was.

You can have the best product on the globe, but if you do not have top notch personnel representing your product your sales and customer satisfaction are dead in the water. You are wise to have Kris Magnuson as your representative. He was personable, knowledgeable about your products, and was very generous with his time in helping me learn about the options available to me. Kris surprised me with a follow up call after I had received my unit to provide more assistance. Overall I have been very pleased with my Rove 6. I love that I can roam freely to live my life for the most part. I am saddened that it is too noisy to allow me to attend my local Symphony performances and other functions that require a more quiet attendance. That aside, I am so grateful to be able to plug the Rove 6 into my car and know that I'm not draining the battery reserves while running my errands. And having the larger battery is very helpful when I know I'm going to be gone an extended period of time. Of note: the additional weight can be a negative consideration depending on the activity involved. I am somewhat concerned about the annual expense of the sieve columns that are to be changed out annually. I don't recall being advised of this necessary procedure. When I looked on your website I did not find the item required to do proper maintenance for my unit. Perhaps the website has a different name for them? One final comment - When Kris did make his follow-up call, he provided me with additional information for maintenance I did not find (possibly overlooked but I don't think so) in the manual. Please look into this. Thank you for asking for my opinion.
