It is too heavy to wear comfortably and awkward when you are on a walker. I wish when I bought this unit you would have told me you were coming out with a new, smaller, lighter unit not long after.

I hate reviews. Yours is a good example of why. What am I rating? The various Inogen products my wife and I have used? The dozens and dozens of phone calls over the years? Some were good, some were terrible. The problems we had returning the products when my wife died? One went great, one took weeks and many phone calls. You are nuts if you think I kept track of all the calls and rated each one. If I came up with a 3.764 Rating, how would you know what to improve and what was okay? Fortunately, your products, in general, are better than this survey! Finally, you addressed this survey to "ANN M". That's my wife. She died September 20, 2018. I'm her husband and I legally speak for her because she could not speak for the past 18 years. Update your records: DOD 9/20/18.

I personally have experienced difficulty with your equipment. When a breakdown occurs and a call is placed to your offices, a reconditioned device is shipped to replace the defective one. Sometimes the replacement item has not been properly repaired and has to be sent back. This type of problem is not an isolated occurance.

The sales people helped me get what my wife needed and it took some effort on their part. Sales was excellent. However, their quality control people and the Doc's office were on different pages. Since I was paying for it and they didn't have any Insurance people to satisfy the QC was ridiculous and caused friction with the Doc and almost cost the sale.

Service has been better lately. In the past one woman service representative was particularly unfriendly and resisted my request for replacement equipment. And, recently when my larger floor model oxygen concentrator needed replacement, the unit was shipped by ground and took seven days to be received. I would have appreciated having it sent by priority shipment.

Have had occasions when one or the other battery wouldn’t register as full when definitely was full when I was on a cruise. So I had to sit in room until other battery charged. Batteries don’t last as long as expected.

I have had the G3 for about 2 months now and find that when it is not in use the battery runs done about 25-30% in 2 days of not being used. Also the unit needs to breath on both sides and when carriing the G3 it can only breath on one side and it becomes kinda hot.

The portable unit is way too heavy!
