We are on our third machine in less than a month and as I'm writing this I can hear it beeping while it turns itself on and off. My father is making every attempt to help Inogen make this right. He has even agreed to take the money he already used, $4,000 and add to it so that he can have the inogen 5 sent to him. Inogen took the money for that on the 23rd of this month yet the machine will not be delivered until the 31st? 8 days to UPS? If this machine fails to work we will be requesting a full refund. I'm sure we'll have to pay a restocking fee but what other choice do we have?

I am fed up with all the damned spam Inogen sends to my email. I will never use Inogen due to their marketing practice of using spam.

I am very disappointed with Inogen's return policy. I purchased a extra battery for my 91 year old Mother, to give her extra time on the battery. When it came, we realized it was the same exact battery that we already have. We never used it. The "manager" would have nothing to do with me or my request to return the battery in its original condition which it was sent to me. I asked to talk to some else and she refused to allow me to speek to her manager. I wILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM INOGEN. NATHAN DAVIDSON

Inogen is a great product. It gave so much independence. Thank you for creating it.

Heavier than I was told it would be. Also the message "replace pole column" has been showing up since about three hours use

We were told that we could return the unit that I ordered to my father in law because he had been hospitalized and changed his mind, but when I returned it , it was sent right back to me. I called many times to find out what the problem was but no returns my call. Very poor Customer service.

I recently purchased a new unit with extra battery for my father. He used it three times and unfortunately he passed away three weeks ago. I called customer service to see if they would take it as a return at a lesser value than what I paid. They told me they don’t take returns and referred me to an outside company that does. They offered $700 for it which I paid $2700.00.

No Inogen response to missing charger from original packing of parts. Charger G3 not in original box. I have made numerous request of Salesforce to provide the charger. No recommendations to future customers. I will
