Batteries not dependable

I have had a lot of trouble with my system either no help from your group. Joanna was a lot of help until I had to but filtered for my system that I had not been told about. I am not h.g.h spy with imogen. Thank you

I use my oxygen whenever walking distances and sightseeing It is heavier than I thought and battery life is shorter if you use it at 3 liters Not in love with this machine

Things happen that are very concerning to me call and person does not understand and or doesn't know what to do refers to someone else same ol same ol finally figure out myself. disappointing.

This is my second unit and I find it is still getting hot I clean the filter twice per week and no items blocking the flow of air

My smaller Inogen takes 1 1'2 minutes to produce oxygen. That is unacceptable. You did send me a new one, but it acts the same. As I use oxygen sparingly, when I need it, I need it now, So I have to depend on the larger one that gives me oxygen instantly when turned on. I feel I threw $2700,00 out the window.

I have not had any interaction with the company since I purchased my machines.
