Love the in home unit it works fantastic . I'm a little disappointed in my mobile unit the G5 . it does not seam to be working properly . You only get a small pulse of air about every 3seconds . Have increased the number up to five without much difference . The unit seamed to be working properly when I first got it . Maybe I have inadvertently changed the mode of operation on it could be owners error and nothing wrong with the unit but all I know is it is not working the way it should . the single battery that came with the unit would only last about two and a half hours I called customer service and they sent me a replacement but it only lasted for 2 1/2 on the initial charge and have not tried it again as I have the double battery also.Fed X has never come back to pickup the old battery I have it boxed up and ready for shipment.In0gen customer service has been very good and easy to work with so I will give them a call Monday to see if they can help me get my G 5 working correctly .

A little loud, popping sound, other than that it’s great.

the convience of the machine is so nice. it is heavy for me to carry even with the small battery, and it really is a bit noisy, more so than the tank i carried before. the rechargeable plug is great,,, thank-you

The oxygen concentrating works fine. However, I have a problem with the connection of the air tube. The connector sticks straight up, but the tube needs to bend at a right angle as it turns to be used by the patient. Consequently the tube will kink and restrict the air flow. There needs to be a “strain relief” of some kind, metal or plastic to keep the tube from bending at such a right (90 degree) angle.

Well I think the price was high but the unit is not too heavy. And it came with/ batteries. It doesn’t last as long as it claims & I think the charging time is a bit long. However the sales lady was awesome, Lori! Overall I would buy it again delivery was next day.

The unit is great but I'm disappointed in your support and responsiveness. I had an issue with a battery that didn't perform as promised and it was immediately replaced but I called and wrote asking for a return merchandise label and I was ignored. That should in no way diminish the excellence of the device itself. The only problem with the deice is that it won't connect with the phone app via bluetooth.

There are two things I'm not happy about. First the battery only lasts two hours. Second the is the filter that has to be replaced every 12-18 months at a cost to me of 99.00. I think this is unfair. I paid $1850.00 for the unit with a warranty of 3 years. The filter should be included in the warranty. I'm a seventy year old woman and on a limited budget. I didn't know about this filter until after i had bought it. I love the unit, its light weight. Just perfect. Thank you, Laurie
