I am happy with the back pack I finally got for my Inogen G4. I am highly displeased that I was not given credit for the back pack I bought that had a Inogen label but was sold by a company other than Inogen. apparently the first one I purchased was made for the G3.

When researching the Inogen you're given the misconception that it's a light weight constant source of oxygen. What they don't tell you is if you want to be out and about for more than 2 hrs., you need the larger battery, which weighs more. Also if you ever need your flow to be higher than 3 you'll need the larger unit, which weighs more. When its all said and done, it weighs about the same as a C tank of O2 which can last up to 8 hrs. on 3. I will say it is a bit less cumbersome.

Weighs more when you add battery. But still better than using tank supply.

The equipment is effective, easy to use, and conveniently sized. The biggest issue was getting a bill that was properly coded so insurance would accept and pay for the device. For something this expensive accurate billing is essential.

I bought an Inogen 4. It failed and I sent it back to you and you sent out a replacement, but the replacement was an Inogen 1. I feel that I should have received the latest model rather than an old model reconditioned. So I want an Inogen 4 and want to return the Inogen one I should never have received. How do you bring this about?Thank you, Bart Kaplan

Battery life could be longer. I find myself lowering oxygen level to be able to eat a nice meal and enjoy a night out with family without carrying a bulky charger or an extra battery.

Only complaint is that it doesn't go high enough on the oxygen level and battery doesnt last long enough. I had a health scare and was I the hospital for a month. When returning home, I had to use my inogen to get home. On the ride, my battery ran out. Which was scary because I cant breathe long without it. On top of that I couldnt set the oxygen level to what I needed it on because it didnt go that high.

Extremely unhappy with the unit it is very heavy in the backpack. I would Rather have a lightweight unit that I could use more.
