Excellent product and customer service
I found out through a sleep study that I needed oxygen support while I sleep. I did some research on the internet on oxygen concentrators and Inogen kept popping up. I called and spoke with April and she made the whole process effortless. April explained everything, what to expect and the very small amount of maintenance the machine needed. I feel a comfort knowing I’m getting the oxygen support I need while I sleep and the most excellent and exceptional customer service that comes with the Inogen products. I am 100% Satisfied with the product and the company who stands behind it.
