My wife can now travel with out fear. We were even able to adapt it to use with her CPAP at night. Had to do a little McGiverning as not all the tubing was in the right length. but it works.

Better than bottles, still a little heavy. Customer service is hard to get a hold of, waited 30 minutes, no response. Trying to call about maintenance. Overall the unit works well but the battery does go down fast, keep it charged while in the car The app is useful when you can connect.

Update 8/12/25 - This evening a supervisor honored my experience with Inogen by providing and shipping new columns free of charge. I am now aware that the columns are a filtering device and need to be replaced on about a yearly basis. The lifetime warranty only applies to the unit itself and the columns are not part of that unit. The rest of this review is true: We have an Inogen compressor bought in 2019 with a lifetime warranty - no repairs needed. We were not advised that we needed to replace the columns on a yearly basis, not then or any of the 3 times we had to return the compressor because it stopped working. We were accused of not returning items twice during this time period and billed for items we had returned. Most of you know that the batteries are excluded from the lifetime warranty, but just in case, know that batteries, columns and power cords, etc.are all excluded.

The backpack was too small where the enogen was suppose to fit thus making the backpack useless! The enogen compressor is great but extremely heavy! Could be made lighter! The help line takes a long time to answer. Not always helpful-said I was suppose to stretch the spot where the compressor was suppose to go but that was impossible due to the type of fabric! Discarded the backpack. Useless!

Love my inogen system, the stand alone doesn't disturb my neighbors or me. The rove 6 POC is a life saver, not too heavy great when shopping or just taking a walk. Only wish it had a continuous flow option
