The service for the replacement/ new parts were made easy as I had time to talk to someone.

Ordering was easy, salesperson was very knowledgeable. I do find the loud popping to be annoying. Like the size, enables me to keep it out of the path of my large dogs. I would rate higher, if it didn’t make that popping sound, so in most public settings I’m not comfortable using it.

The pulsating air flow is difficult for me to time with my breathing.

This machine is way too loud to sleep with!

It’s works well until it doesn’t. The manual does not address important information regarding keeping the machine operational. No where in the manual does it tell you that you need to change the internal filter (next to the columns) every 3 months. Nor does the manual tell you have to change the filter under the canula connector. I guess they just want you to buy a new one. But after not being able to find how to fix my inogen one g5 via the manual … I went on google and found out how to fix it. I had to order a special tool, filters of different shapes for different parts of the machine internally. These steps should be in the manual. It’s stinks for not putting that info in the handbook. It’s negligence. Other than that bs the machine has been a good help for me to keep moving about my day.

I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the person I dealt with when placing the initial order. I enjoy the limited freedom my Inogen allows. However, I was told I would have 5-6 hours use on a fully charged battery. That is not the case. Fully charged it last 3 hours. I would purchase an extra battery if it were not for the outrageous cost! I enjoy going to zoos, museums and other places with my friends and family. Three hours of oxygen is not enough.

The battery sucks doesn't hold up for very long. And the car charger had a lighter plug on it, New autos don't have ligheter in them USB plugs.If you go fishing do't plan on even a half a day

Device is not the one I was told I would ger. They gave me a 3 when promised a 5. Can't seem to match breathing with how it works.
