We don't communicate much so can't say much one way or the other. There was one time months (maybe 5-6) months ago I requested a hose that wasn't so thin over the ear area as it was hard to relax and fall asleep hearing the oxygen swooshing thru. I must have extra sensitive hearing (even tho I have trouble hearing TV etc) as apparently I'm pretty much alone in this complaint. I was told they would have 2b special ordered and would take extra time. I'm still waiting with Band-Aid and tape used as a sound barrier. Works 4 a little while then tends 2 move around, come undone and become uncomfortable, but, still better than the ocean rushing over my ear. ( I am exaggerating a bit, of course, about the ocean only tho lol)

For a nice machine, accessories are a problem.
Sometimes wait times have been long on phone calls. But really, for a nice oxygen machine we have had mulitiple problems with accessories -- and even with the machine itself but just because the part of the machine that allows a holding strap to connect broke off. These types of things should not happen with an expensive machine. We also had a battery stop workiing even though the first person we spoke with on the phone told us that wasn't possible.

Portable unit quite heavy
Portable unit quite heavy. Told my rep I needed a unit for travel to Texas and Overseas as well as using it along with my Bi pap machine, come to find out that it will not work! It's ok although heavy for portable use. Especially with the units I've recently.

I LIKE THE INDEPENDENCE IT GIVES ME. BUT THE CARRYING ONE IS TOO HEAVY AND CUMBERSOME. I HAVE A BACK THAT IS BAD AND IT IS HARD FOR ME TO CARRY IT. I WOULD CONSIDER A SMALLER ONE BUT I WAS WONDERING IF YOU WORK WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ON MAYBE A TRADE IN PRICE ON A NEW SMALLER ONE. PLEASE LET US KNOW AT MY E-MAIL ADDRESS OR CALL US AT 715-561-3803. THANK YOU.

I am drowning...........
I love my Inogen but recently I was told to add moisture to my big concentrator for at night. I called and ordered the parts, but the person did not order all parts because water got into my nose. I called and was told sorry u need a water trap but once again I drown at night with water to my nostrils. Called again, sorry can't help you.... I went thru my entire supply of nasal cannulas because water kept bypassing the water trap and going into my nose, I called salter for suggestions and it's still happening so I need to say I am unable to follow my doctor directions to help with my dry nose.

I have never before had a problem with…
I have never before had a problem with Inogen.
My husband also uses your equipment, and without letting us know his copay had increased by 1/3 earlier this year I started getting bills all of a sudden for money we owed, with no explanation. We eventually worked this out, but it seems this was not a great way to conduct your business concerning an increase in copay.
I have been an Inogen customer for more than 5 years and never had a problem. I got a letter from you in May 2018 stating that my equipment was basically out of date, and that I needed a new Medicare recertification and then would be entitled to new equipment, more specifically the smaller portable concentrator. I followed through right away and was informed by Inogen in late May that everything was fine and I should expect my new equipment in a few weeks. Weeks and months went by and I was told 1) that my health care provider had used the wrong coding and you would contact them to correct the problem, 2) that I was never informed in May that I should expect my new equipment so soon, 3) that everything was taken care of, and 4) that there was still a problem and I needed to be re-certified again with Medicare. I had an appointment with my pulmonary specialist in August and told her of this problem, she contacted Inogen and got the paperwork, filled it out, and within a few days everything was ok. I got my new equipment at the end of October! While I was waiting I had a problem with the floor model concentrator and Inogen sent me another one and picked up the old one. The new one is not nearly as nice and I am unhappy with it, but I have not contacted you before now to voice my concerns.
The bottom line is that I truly hope we can go on from here without such problems. Thank you.
