It was a little tough to come up with the money to purchase an INOGEN product from your company. However, once I got it, it was pretty simple to set up. I enjoy using the machine. I am really annoyed with MEDICARE, since they refused to pay for any of the cost. BUT they will pay over $600.00 a month to have tanks of oxygen to drag around everywhere! These tanks are very heavy and difficult to lug around. I would recommend this product to friends since it is simple to set up and use. The gauges are easy to read, even if you have bad eyesight. It doesn't too long to charge up, either.

this is a very fine machine. The only things for which I have a problem, is the price and the weight of the machine. Other than those two factors, it is everything I feel it should be.

I love my portable oxygen concentrator, it's easy enough for me to carry. I charge it while driving so it's always fully charged. It's lightweight. What I don't like is the noise it makes every 10 seconds. When you're somewhere very quiet, the noise is very loud and annoying, kind of embarrassing actually.

The Imogen was very helpful but My Husband need 7units of oxygen so when we had him out we also needed a back up tank. James who sold us the machine was so helpful and understanding and a great help in getting it to us as soon as possible. First one was defective and was replaced quickly. Great company to deal with. Always go through the Company and not through any where else. Great understanding help diirectly through the Imogen company

Battery doesn't hold it's charge..Drops power when it's unplugged.

I am having trouble making myself breathe through my nose rather than my mouth. Otherwise, I am pleased with the unit.

SHOULD OFFER SOME KIND OF CARRY BAG TO HOLD EXTRA BATTERY, HOUSE AND CAR CHARGERS. ALSO SOME WAY TO TUCK CANNULUS IN SO TO BE ABLE TO STOW UN-NEEDED LENGTH INSTEAD OF IT JUST HANGING DOWN.
