Ordered a part. Wrong part sent. On the third try the part finally was picked up for credit.

Honestly, until this last experience I have had a great experience with Inogen. This last though, not so much. Home concentrator stopped working in the early hours of a Saturday and they wanted me to wait until Monday for a replacement using my portable. Unfortunately, this does not meet my needs for sleeping, or really for any exertion (I used to have one that went to 5 liters but was changed to one at 4 upon re certifying). After two more calls and a request for a supervisor, they agreed to send one overnight.I actually received same day-that evening. Good news!! BUT the new equipment is inferior to the previous, with diminished settings. Feel like company is going down hill. Or, that as a Medicare patient, equipment issued is not as good.

I need an instruction book because I used my Inogen a lot & since moving have no way to remind myself of its care & precautions. I used to feel relaxed using it but now worry.

it is great to use when going to appointments shopping etc. however if it is to be used 24/7. not so great. mine overheated and quit. I did not have backup at time and ended up in er until I could get backup oxygen at home. I did call the company and they did replace the unit because the oxygen smelled burnt afterward.

Inogen is a good unit. Would like a better way to handle the hose. It is in the way and hard to manage. I'd like to talk with someone about it. I need some information about the purchase of the unit. I have never received anything or heard from a representative since receiving the unit.
