I'm very pleased with my purchase, alot easier than carrying the bottles

I have enjoyed my Inogen for on the go! It is a little heavy and falls off my shoulder when I try to do anything, but It is easy to use and works great! I would recommend others to get one and not to miss out on life.

All works as it should.;

i have the G4 model. I do like it when I go out of the house as it is much easier to carry around. However, I am a weak person I guess as it seems heavy when I use the 4 hr. battery. To me it is noisy. If you put it on the floor or away from you it is okay. I am getting used to it. Also, the batteries don't last as long as is indicated. They are about 1/2 hr. less. Other than that I do like it much better than the system I had where I had to carry a tank.

At first the Inogen was nothing more than an easy and worth the time and learning. But then hubby got sick worse than any of the book lessons and it put me in the hospital with attempts to care for him. Challenges galore for both. We are tackling COPD, couple other things and old age as well. The greatest challenge was ability to travel to doctors and only one of two being able to handle the oxygen and other using it 24/7. I must say that this very comfortably converted us to capable. No, we are not getting better but this is not part of COPD. Our Inogen is pure enjoyment.

The customer service I received when I bought my unit was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I actually had to do an exchange for the unit due to a pinging noise that I felt was a little bit louder than I thought from descriptions in the ads. Everything with the exchange went like clockwork but the new unit actually makes the same pinging noise.

The charging of the battery is a time saver. Very please with the overall operation. Easy to carry. Only downside is I used a 4ft nasal canula a 3 ft would be great.

I am very thankful for my inogen. At this time I am not going out very much and I have a home health provided large concentrator that I use in my home. I hope to be able to travel this summer to visit my children who are a good distance away from me and that is when I will give it a good test. I have used it a couple of times to go to the doctor and to visit my sibling who lives close by and it worked very well. I have the inogen 5 and I am quiet weak from lung cancer and it is a little difficult for me to carry it. I am looking at the different available carrying possibilities but not yet convinced of which way would be the best for me. If anyone has a recommendation I would appreciate it.
