I do not like that the oxygen does not flow consistently but periodically. The oxygen tubes are also not long enough.

Happy with the product, but not getting any help from your staff on helping me get my United Health Insurance get reimbursed for my out of pocket expense. Now that you got my money you are done helping us out!

Worked pretty good for my dad except in the summertime when I was extremely hot the machine would constantly overheat do not waste your time by the lifetime warranty because its the lifetime of the person buying it no warranties are transferable spent about $3800 on this machine including warranty that was a $1000 extra only to find out dad used it for about one year and the buyback program once offer me $550 for it . tried to talk him out of it but people want what they want and it was wish to give him wat he wanted while we still could

The fact that there is no local repair was a problem for me.

I ordered my Inogen, it took awhile to get all the basics taken care of,there would be days I would not get a call from the salesman to let me know what was going on..then after I purchased my iogen,it was delivered, and I never received one call from the salesperson,or the company.They did give me a battery in exchange for a discount I was to receive,but the battery must have been an old one because to this day it has not charged up..I feel for the price of the Inogen,the company should have a better PR policy..if I was to buy again I would shop around to see if another company would stand behind the products better than the Inogen products.

The air vents are too small to allow enough air flow to cool the unit. It gets pretty hot against my body after wearing it for very long. Also the tubing crimps at the outlet nozzle if the tube is allowed to sag any at all while wearing the unit.

I have had problems with my G4 concentrator. It has never been right. Now it will not charge. I think there is a design flaw. My G3 concentrators work well.

I have recently had a problem with the Inogen One Company's agent. I asked the agent I bought my Inogen One G3 oxygen concentrator, home unit, and accessories from when the Inogen One G3 batteries go on sale. He told me that the batteries do not go on sale. Then 10 days after he convinced me to buy a new G3 lithium battery now instead of waiting, like I was going too. I found that online the G3 lithium battery is for sale almost $100 less than I paid from Inogen One. I am hopeful that the Company will make it right.
