My Inogen G4 is exactly what I wanted...light, very simple to operate, very easy to carry on my shoulder. The instructions were very easy to understand. If I could change 2 things I would make the batteries last longer and I would Lower the cost of the separate battery charger. The only way to charge the battery without the charger is to plug the whole concentrator, WITH the battery to a wall plug. It’s a hassle because you have to wait around for a couple HOURS for it to charge and you cannot move it. I would DEARLY LOVE the separate battery charger but I simply can’t afford the high cost...I would think the cost would be difficult for anyone on a limited income to afford...

We bought this for mom because she had oxygen on 24/7. She only used it once but it worked great. Doctor took her off of her oxygen for now. If she needs it she has it. Very portable! Love the plug for the car and for electricity inside of house!! Had a wonderful person who helped getting it set up and went through the steps on how to use it over the phone.

I’ve only had the Inogen One G-5 for a few months but I’m loving the ease of use, portability and not having to drag around my heavy tanks. I’m also please with the battery life - with a double battery on a 3 setting, I can go almost 7 hours on a charge. (Just a heads up - the device/battery does heat up after extended use, so make sure it’s got plenty of ventilation and stays in the shade if you’re outdoors.) Customer service has been outstanding. I was contacted several times by phone & email during the order/delivery process to keep me in the loop on where things stood, and my device was delivered on time by a respiratory therapist (required by my state). She was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I understood my device before she left.

Lots heavier than I thought

The product works well and helps me when I walk the dog.

I am still getting use to the machine. Will give observations that I found so far. At close to 6 lbs. it is still too heavy to walk around with and do any type of chore. I found a small wheeled cart is the answer. My cart arrived two days ago and loving it. Cost was $30.00 not $130.00 I found your product is like a boat, every accessory is priced higher than the norm. I found by putting the oxygen tube loosely thru a small zip lock tie on the side bar of the cart above the cross bar keeps the tube from kinking at the air nipple on the machine. You claim 24hr service with air on demand, not if you have apnea (no demand) I still found this machine to be a great help by giving me more freedom of movement.

Love the unit, works great, however, though it is quieter than most,it is still loud

It is great however -- it doesn't run whisper quiet.
