The design needs to change. The tubing wants to crimp where it fits on the nozzle. The case adds weight. The whole thing needs to be mesh or nylon. The neck harness rides and hurts your neck and also need to be a lighter weight material. Because of heart problems I have a 8 lb weight limit and when I use the big battery, I am almost there. That means no purse or lifting or carrying things in the house or to the car. I love the breathing results. I left my house for the first time in over a year and could breath when I got to the doctor.

My new Inogen G5 works as good or better than I had hoped it would. The ordering process with your representative, Chelsie was seamless. She was very helpful explaining my options in ordering accessories. I would have given it 5 stars except for the delay in delivery to my home and the fact that one of the accessories was defective. However, the defective accessory was replaced in a timely manner. Overall I would recommend this unit for all your portable oxygen needs, my double battery has lasted 5 hours on setting 4 before requiring recharging.

Although there was a communications issue in the very beginning all was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Your representative, Randall Blazek, was courteous and helpful in righting the ship. The unit has performed as advertised. I can now go out with some level of confidence.

High altitude use I have had my unit for a short time, but have had occasion to need to use it on number 2 setting while sleeping at 8500'. I have had some problems breathing at a mountain cabin we have. It has allowed me to get some sleep which I was having some trouble before I received the Inogen unit.

I love the Inogen One. I love being mobile. I do NOT love that the battery life on s so short. If the batteries had a longer life, my life would be better. I'm going to take a flight from Colorado to Pennsylvania and the only redone my Inogen will work, is that I will have a 3 hour late over where I hopefully will be able to charge my 5 hour battery.

I like both thed home concentrator and the portable concentrator. I would have rated them both at 5 stars except for a small problem with the portable. After using the portable for a while, I noted that the canula had a tendency to crimp at the top of the air outlet from the unit. I designed and created a small length of plastic tube that fits over the supply end of the canula. The problem has been solved. I think it is a great unit!

I have more freedom then I did with conventional oxygen tanks. The Inogen portable concentrator is light enough that I don't get out of breath when walking around. My old concentrator took up a lot of room and also gave off heat. The Inogen does not. I might have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that it is too noisy for my wife when we go to sleep at night.

I just started to use my inogen equipment and so far I am pleased with it. We'll see how things go when we travel.
