The salespeople were great but now that I've been approved for financing I've had the thing home for a few days I have not opened the box and I'm thinking about sending it back. I have some woman calling me at 8 to 8:30 at night wanting to talk to me about the contract and making me feel like if I don't listen to her if I don't print it and go over it with her I'm going to owe my first born. It's making me wish I never got it. Somebody calling you that late at night all you can think of with what's going on is scammer or spammer. I really don't know if I want to open the box.

For a company dedicated to providing oxygen to customers in need I find Inogen lacking. A 4 day response to replace a home concentrator is unacceptable when you depend on it 24/7. They want you to use the portable as backup but this is not optimal for everyone, most especially for sleeping. I have been with them for 6 years and in the past, their customer service and CS personnel were 5 star. Now they are disinterested and downright offensive 9 times out of 10. Bottom line, if you need oxygen thru a service provider, find one close to home who will have your back when you are in need. It IS a matter of life and breath. I have been waiting 3 days so far, and am feeling unwell thanks to a faulty concentrator. Insult to injury, it alarms every 17 minutes.

I am very pleased and excited to be part of the Inogen family. My freedom to travel and attend activities has been restored thanks to my G5 machine. It is truly lightweight and easily managed in the car or at home. Inogen is a blessing to me. .

As per other reviewers, multiple e-mails being sent which I never subscribed for. Despite many attempts to unsubscribe using the Unsubscribe feature in the e-mail, this is being ignored or unmanned. This would tell me this company is about sales and no service and would treat with caution. I will continue to upload a similar review here each time you spam e-mail me until you do the right thing and remove my e-mail address from your records. I encourage others to do the same

This company sends me illegal emails every day, violating the CAN-SPAM act laws. They engage daily with a criminal enterprise and turn a blind eye to federal regulations to increase sales. The law is clear; they are responsible for monitoring companies they hire to manage their marketing. They send "commercial content" daily from a different email address every time, so one cannot block the unwanted spam. I do not trust companies who use illegal and unethical ad tactics. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy - frankly, the ad company they are using is my worst enemy as I get about 30 of these SPAM emails a day. It's a shame they result in illegal and unethical tactics, and they engage with a criminal enterprise to increase business - one must question the companies moral culture. Each violation has a $43,280 penalty per the FCC CAN-SPAM Rule. I am sending a copy of this SPAM to the FCC SPAM enforcement team. I will post this and other similar messages on Trust Pilot every time I get these emails to lower your Trust score. Every interaction I have with your company, I will post another.

These people are sending multiple emails per day. When I called them, they routed me around the company, but nobody knew how to stop the emails. One said to click the link at the bottom of the email. I know that is just an easy way for them to verify mine are good addresses. Any other suggestions on how to stop them? The last one was rude and disconnected me.

I live in a nursing home and purchased an Inogen in Aug. 2019. After 2 months, the columns went bad so they sent me replacements. In February 2020, the columns went out again and Inogen said they would replace the machine as it was obviously defective. They did not replace the batteries as I had purchased two four hour batteries originally. When the pandemic hit and we were pretty much quarantined in our rooms, the machine was not used that often since I have a large concentrator in my room. However, I started to notice that the batteries were draining rapidly when I used it. I called them back and was told my machine was now out of warranty and they priced a battery for me which I could not afford. So in essence they told me the machine would need to have a constant 100 % charge or a new battery. So I spent 3000.00 for a machine I used barely a year. Buyer Beware ! Think long and hard before you purchase a machine from this company. I'm convinced that the so called replacement machine they sent was one someone returned to them and was clearly defective. Don't lose your money like I did.

Only for the rich. Columns only last one year and cost me $108. Battery lasted one year with using it only occasionally (I have large one.for home use 24/7. Battery cost almost $400 with shipping. I’m on social Security and Medicare doesn’t pay for this. I wish I had gone some where else besides Inogen.
