I had been using multiple oxygen bottles & my closet was full of them. The smaller ones were only good for an hour, & the larger ones, good for a little more than 2 hours, were too heavy! I called Inogen & spoke with Anna. I told her I wanted to go with my neighborhood group to the Flight 93 Memorial, but a 1-hour bottle was not enough & I didn't want to carry multiple bottles with me on the bus. Anna was incredible! She worked tirelessly to get me my Inogen in time for the trip. I don't know how she got it done so fast, but she did. I am absolutely thrilled now to have my 4 1/2-hour Inogen, a small backpack I got from Amazon (the Inogen one is way too big for me) & a car charger so I can go & do whatever I want now! I am SO happy to have my Inogen!!! Medicare is even paying for it!!

My Inogen is the best investment I have ever made. Very trustworthy. I had a used one that Medicare provided me and it went bad. The company replaced it with a cheaper brand which was terrible. So I bit the bullet and bought one myself. It wasn’t cheap but hopefully it will last a long time. Very satisfied. Randy Whalen

My dad has a new lease on life with his Inogen. He didn’t want to leave the house with oxygen bottles, they’re heavy and bulky. Now he’s happily leaving the house and planning on going out and spending time in the yard. We’re so happy for him! Insurance didn’t cover the machine but it’s money well spent!

Great customer service. Very thorough with instructions, directions, how to use. Knowledgeable and professional. On top of getting all the right equipment and accessories sent to me. I have no complaints with this company and their service.

The unit is light enough and portable that my husband can now go places that he wouldn't before because of having to use the larger tank. It's easy to charge and definitely worth the money for the convenience:)

Kaitlin was great and when I received an 'at home'unit,it was too big. She swapped it out for a Rove and that works.

When i need to go out to do things inogen lasts long enough to get those things done. It is just as heavy as the small tanks, but seems to be easier to handle. I'm so glad I invested in inogen.
