Medicare/medicaid covers rental cost on portable oxygen concentrators. Please talk to medicare! Don't let these people take your money! Can you really afford to pay for what is free? Call medicare/medicaid first. Have your freedom back for free.

Customer service is the best, friendly, not give me your money for this overpriced gagdet.

I would not recommend buying any product from Inogen. Their after sales customers service is one of the worsts I’ve ever come across. I purchased an Inogen 5 for my mother. Battery stopped charging in less than a year. May be earlier. I only discovered it when I had to rush my mother to ER, and the portable battery wasn’t working. Called customer service multiple times. They just kept giving me the run around. In the end all they could recommend was to buy a new battery. This is without even knowing whether the fault lies in the battery or the charging equipment. Extremely disappointed by such unprofessional behavior.

The customer service is a JOKE! I need a replacement part, I ordered it, I paid for it and more than a week later I am still waiting for them to ship. They say it is back ordered and then said they will overnight it. This is the second time they have told me they will overnight it and yet I am still waiting. I was then told they have the part but only ship it to the people with the most need. HOW DO THEY KNOW who has the most need? If they have the part, you have paid for the part and they have the money, they should ship the part!!!!!!!!!!! Each person I have spoken with has given me a different answer with no results. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!! Find someone else's product to purchase.

1 star only to tell you what a crime this company exsits 80 year old women need her tank replaced they pretty muched said cant helo you no one based in minnesota cant get you one great company taking care of our elderly on the phone with the lady who said turn the machine on I need to hear the beeps to see what level of emergancy this is hears 2 beeps oh that is low level she tells me to keep it on and Iam sating it sounds really bad and then the machine starts on fire hey lady is that an emergancy law suit law suit get ready my emergancy is comming

The intermittent doses of oxygen would work fine for a person with steady breathing, I AM NOT THAT PERSON, The machine did keep me alive for two doctor visits that I could not have kept without it. Shortly after the second visit, my breathing returned to normal. Should I have another episode, I will be thankful that I have the machine.

I am sorry to give inogen such a low score. My husband is not able to use it, because he is failing fast Cordell is down to under 130# he does not eat only 1 egg for breakfast.& only a bite or two for supper. He has stage 4 kidney failure he needed the inogen if we went out. He has asbestus in his lungs, & a heart transplant My Buying it for him was like reaching for a feather in the wind, blind hope. That he would be able to use it. I see now that I made a mistake. I was hoping to return it & use the money for his funeral but was told I could not do so. The product is perfect but he is not. thank you Joan M. Burr 3
