I do not use the portable unit. The enormous incredibly heavy unit for use at night is what I use. Since I am not a doctor, nurse or technician and being 73 yr old widow, I expected a little more help than just over the phone. I use the one at night. I hate the noise and the light. I don't think I am still accustomed to the nose piece. When my doctor says it's time to return it, I hope someone will come out to help me pack it up!

It worked fine for a couple of weeks but now the yellow light flashes and it beeps. I am having trouble diagnosing the issue, instructions are a bit confusing, I will be calling Inogen today to speak with support to find out why it is not working properly. Somewhat disappointed I am having issues with it already.

Purchased the Rove 6 was told it would meet/exceed my requirements of 4 liters. Unfortunately it fell short of those requirements necessary since I need continuous flow, not pulse. I have since returned it seven days ago and of today still waiting for the refund promised. For those who can use the Pulse Flow, I would recommend it. Although a little pricey, it is a smaller unit and more convenient to move about.

They do supply needed o2..but are really noisy! Travel o2 is bulky and noisy. When you can’t buy top of line you are stuck with the refurbished, old, returned machines. I’m thankful tho... I can rent through insurance and it helps me breathe. But the old machines are noisy and bulky

To much Wait, two heavy to carry on one side when you’re 80 years old, but bought a backpack and it’s still too heavy on my back. Need to make a lighter unit.

it keeps dying on me

The customer service is shockingly bad. I tried to get (and then return) the Rove4, and they insisted on emailing my 87 year old mom a document that required Docusign. The email contained a QR code. My mom can barely do email. Exactly how many Millennials need oxygen? Then it arrived w/o a car charger, and I had to call about that. The product produces a puff of oxygen when it perceives that the user is inhaling, but the timing didn't work for her, so I'm trying to return it. It's been less that 10 days since we received it--we're well within the 30 day trial period, which may be why they keep offering to have someone else call me back, but each call back takes a day. Seems like their business model is to prey on old people who might be experiencing confusion due to oxygen deprivation.
