I called more than two months ago to find out about one of their products for my mom. During that phone call, I said we weren't interested and please don't call or send anything. I have been getting two to four phone calls every single day for months. I have blocked the numbers over and over again only to have them roll the numbers and keep calling. I had to put a block on all numbers not in my phone book which is really a problem because some need to come through. Have listed about 15 of their numbers with the Do Not Call but still no relief. Hoping this will help.

Inogen portable oxygen is not worth the money in the long run. Inogen customer service is sweet to you in the beginning but when the error codes come up on your unit after your warranty, just wait. They take you for every cent they can. You constantly need columns at $118 each/year or more. Then when the error symbol of low oxygen comes up, you can only get it fixed through them and you have to mail it to Texas at your own cost of $35.00 and the lowest repair cost for a 90-day warranty is $229.00, for one year it's over $400.00. If you’re handicapped and your husband works during the day, nobody else can call customer service for you, only the patient. They won’t even talk to you. It’s bizarre. I happen to have purchased a lemon and it’s been a nightmare dealing with them. Just a heads up.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I started with them when they were a brand new company and they were great. But someone else bought them out, and the last several years have been a nightmare. Calling Customer Service was at least an hour long ordeal. Their goal was to give the least service possible in my opinion. Luckily I didn’t need the oxygen anymore, and my doctor had to cancel with them. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Edit 05/04/26 I received an email from Trustpilot that Inogen had replied to my review and to call them at their customer service number. Last week their customer service called me twice and was unable to provide the info that I was asking for. I am simply asking about at product that their company sells and they have no idea what I am talking about. The rep (Mel) did not even attempt to find the info that I needed. He assumed I was an existing customer who uses their oxygen supplies. What an unorganized mess this company obviously is. So sad. Original Review: A few months ago I read that Inogen had released a new line of Cpap Masks branded under the Aurora name. I saw a lot of info online about them but no mention of how to purchase them. I contacted their customer service and was told that since they were so new there were no available retail outlets at the time. I just saw another mention of the masks and decided to go back to their website to find out if they were available yet. They do not even list the masks under their products tab. I chatted with an agent who first sent me a link to a Microsoft Teams meeting that provided no info then told me that they showed they are available at DME Supply online. I visited DME and they do not offer Inogen masks. The agent (Troy B.) ended the chat before I could respond and I started another chat to let them know that the info they gave me was fruitless. The second agent (Shamerica) informed me that they had no info on where to purchase the masks and I should contact my doctor. My doctor is the one that suggested I continue to look for a mask that I can tolerate. I just find it so unprofessional that a company has a product that was introduced in January of this year and here in April cannot even tell me how I can go about purchasing said product! I had no prior experience with Inogen and have to say if their products don't work any better than their customer service and marketing then maybe it's a blessing the masks are unable to be found! I certainly would not recommend this company.

Inogen ads say clearly that they create oxygen! A huge lie about their product. They concentrate oxygen from the surrounding air. If they lie about their basic function, what else do they lie about? I have never used one.

Inogen is discriminating against employees at age or older than 40. I was let go due to reasons below. My age. My mother was ill almost passed away, AND I was planning to move on an emailed mgr approval for my move. !!!! INOGEN LIES IS BASIC THE TRUTH. WHAT CUSTOMER WOULD TRUST THIS COMPANY?

I was sold a Inogen 6 and I should have reviewed the comments on the Inogen website and I would have never bought one. All the good reviews is on the setting 1. I have to use setting 5 and the battery doesn't last very long. Be wear and do your research before buying one,

My portable Inogen concentrator stopped working after 4 years of parttime use and I needed to have it repaired . After five days I received call back saying concentrator was out of warranty and they would not(not could not) fix it. The young lady kept talking about 'the process', very frustrating. Short version, I could not pay to have machine repaired or was offered an option of where I could get it repaired. It was a fantastic machine so very disappointing.
