InogenReviews of inogen.com

Excellent plus excellent service with Porscha.

The freedom to go about my daily needs and tasks has made my Inogen a Godsend. There is a world of difference with the use of oxygen tanks and having an Inogen. Inogen is freedom.

The people are great, personable and helpful. The product is of first quality and has a longer usage time than others. Tired of having used worn out defective equipment.

I first tried a competitors product with failed results. I then went on oxygen cylinders, and what a pain. In doing some research I found Inogen and called them. With no local suppliers the factory representative set me up for direct delivery. I received next day delivery, and what a positive experience. I received customer service at the gold standard. They walked me through the setup and called me back the next day to follow up and make sure I was doing well. I want to thank them for making this experience as positive as it can be.

Very wonderful product. Unfortunately recipient passed away shortly after ariving.

My Inogen 6 is working well for me. It is money well spent.

I purchased the Inogen ROV4 for my 82-year-old sister. She loves the device, and it has given her much freedom. It has changed her life for the better. She is now able to go outside her house and live a more normal life. Thank you so very much.

From the time I called to find out information about the Inogen portable concentrators until the time I purchased my Rove 4 system, Nayo Shote, the representative on the phone, was so helpful, knowledgeable, caring and kind he made the whole experience easy and stress free. He knew about each unit and it's particulars, like weight, how long the concentrator would run on a battery charge at the flow level I needed and when I purchased the unit he went the extra yard to see that it was shipped to me in record time. It arrived the day before a concert I had bought tickets to back in September and if it were not for my Inogen Rove 4 I would not have been able to attend. Needless to say I was so grateful for Nayo going what felt like the extra yard. Once I received the unit a woman named Susan, a member of their Goldstar Team, called and helped me to set the unit up and gave information about cleaning filters, replacing columns, and answered all questions I had. This unit has given me the freedom and peace of mind I need to continue to be independent and remain out in the world to experience everything I still want to experience. The over the shoulder bag is wonderful and keeps you hands free. I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's employees. Thank you so much!
