While the product is fine the communication is poor. Customer service is at one number and location billing is at another and I'm convinced they don't speak to each other. Here's our story, my mother in law is a customer, customer service call and says she needs testing to confirm her continued need, fine. They tell us they understand it can take several weeks to get an appointment, fine. So she sets up the testing right away through VNS before the end of the week we receive return boxes???. The VNS submits their report and all seems well. Then we get a bill for $2400 what? So she calls customer service and they check and say oh its fine we have your information you don't owe that nor are you expected to return the units, fine great. Now we get a call asking why we haven't paid or returned the units? She's in the hospital now and I just don't have the patience to deal with you people TALK TO EACH OTHER! she pays a small copay which we go through the same struggles she pays we get another bill weeks later saying they haven't received payment she checks with the bank, they cashed her check before they sent the repeat bill. Then she calls customer service tells them check number and date cashed and they say yes you're fine. Wash rinse repeat. TALK TO EACH OTHER the lack of communication between departments is appalling! And is very stressful for the customer.UPDATE: have received yet another bill after customer service told us information was received and everything OK have now been waiting over 40 minutes for customer service call back. Tried to reach recertification dept for the umpteenth time, finally after being on hold 20 minutes it rings twice put back on hold shunted to customer feedback and hung up. Tried customer service yet again and still can't help I need to call where they don't actually answer calls. If I could give zero stars I would!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I need HELP! I sent my Machine in for service 5 weeks ago. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that the machine was fixed and was to be sent out. I called the next day and they told me the same thing but could not give me a tracking number. After waiting 5 days and did not receive the machine I called again. This time I was told that the machine was not sent yet and that they will notify me via email and call. No call or email was received. I now have been calling daily and NEVER get an update until today. BACKORDER!! With no date to give. NO call from a manager. 6 Weeks no Machine, No freedom to enjoy life with a machine.

I love my inogen. If it weren't for my take along,I would be constantly in my house. It allows me freedom to get around. Thank you for the lightweight since I am only allowed to lift no more than 5 lbs.

DO NOT BUY !! Purchased a unit just a year ago. All the promises they make to sell you one are mostly lies. They do not provide enough O2, like the home units do. They work but minimally even with it turned up to 4/5. They also do not tell you that the columns inside are considered accesories, yet without them the unit does not work! An accessory is something that is not needed! AGAIN, without this the unit DOES NOT WORK!. The cost to replace is over $100 and it takes them a week to deliver! HMMM guess your supposed to do without air till it arrives.....great customer service there. Oh! one more thing, these columns have to replaced yearly, but guess what, they do not tell you that up front either. Buyer beware is their motto. thieves.........

I never received my Inogen that was ordered with Lynne Rush. on 5/12/2021 Trans action ID TRX-000184997' After several delays and no delivery I told Lynne Rush I wanted to Cancel my order request and requested recredit to my Visa Account the cost of Inogen G4 As of this date( 7/1/2021) I have not received my credit back to my account. I am presently discussing problem w Legal Advice

Called today to inquire about purchase of Inogen portable unit. Spoke. with rep, very unpleasant, wanted email, phone, mailing address, on and on. When I remarked I was not interested in unending emails, phone calls and texts, I was told the call would not proceed to be able to speak with an actual sales representative. I currently use an Inogen unit and was interested in purchasing a new unit and two batteries. Guess they were just so important they could not be bothered and offer any service.

Can't get battery to charge and it feels hot to the touch. Doesn't work. Should get no stars.
