Inogen concentrator not dependable. Four hour battery may last two and half hours. Aiir leaks from small battery before it can be used. I carry my AllSaints bag in the car for back up, after being stranded 55 miles from home with no air due to the fact after two and half hours I switched large battery with small battery.. Turned out it was empty. It was fully charged when I left from less than four hours earlier. I would not recommend Inogen it is not reliable. Certainly should be for the price I paid.

It's wonderful to have .Can't live without it. The only hang up is the small battery. The two hour battery runs out to fast. The big battery cost a lot. Most people when they go out side their home stay out longer the two hours.

The unit is too heavy for an elderly woman to carry. It overheats easily.

Terribly expensive, heavy to carry around, charger should have been included in the price. Misleading ads on tv.

Fine product but customer service was nonexistent. A little over a year ago I bought a G3. The sales folks gave me a really good deal and I was happy with the product and accessories. Last month the G3 became overheated, cleaning the air filters didn't help so I called Inogen for help. I was told to replace the cannula, this solved the problem! I didn't realize the cannula should be replaced regularly and had been using the same one for a year. Laugh at my ignorance and / or blame me for not remembering what instructions may have been initially given. I feel it wouldn't have happened if i were given a checkup a month or so after purchase, or a system check would have revealed I had never ordered replacements.

`I object to the puffing noise it makes and hate to use it when I have guests I object to the PUFFING NOISE it makes especially when I have guests!

The batteries that we were told would each last 2 and a half hours but we are finding they only last an hour and a half. Now we get a message that the columns need changed, who knows what that will costed. Jim
