I was really tight for time to make a flight & the Inogen rep went above & beyond to help me out. I was thoroughly favorably impressed by him which reflected well on the company. My interactions since then have been equally positive.

We bought 4 Inogen machines over a span of, 2 portable pulse style and 2 Home units. All four units have performed flawlessly over a span of at least seven years. Highly recommend this product. Nice that they are now approved more broadly vs private pay.

It can be inconvenient and cumbersome but you won't leave home without because you know it will be there when you need and that it will work
