InogenReviews of inogen.com

The G4 Weighs more than they say after putting in battery, it makes more noise than my big unit at home. The battery does not last as long as they say. Depending on what setting you put the unit on the battery lasts different times!

batteries do not hold charge.

My unit is not quiet as some claim nor is it light weight. That said, it does allow me to participate in a variety of activities since I have a battery which lasts, not 13 hours as claimed, but about 6 on setting 3. Changing a battery is relatively easy. I use several methods for recharging, depending on my situation and needs. I have added a carrying case which makes it easier to manage plus I carry it in my 3 wheeled rollator for more portability. Though several claims are not my experience, I'm glad I purchased it.

You have a great product. But you have all the wromg people om your staff. I was lied to by yoir sales womem. Then i called in with a problem with my machine and the guy treated.me like dirt

I thought this box would be more convenient than the gas bottles. It is about the same. The single battery only lasts about 2 hours compared to the advertised 4 hours.

Thanks for the opportunity to review Inogen. The unit I purchased works okay but is too noisy for my husband to sleep. When I use it, usually during our frequent travel, my husband and I require different rooms. Additionally, I financed this Inogen with Care Credit on a pro porter to be interest free loan, but it appears as though I am paying interest. Not as thrilled as I expected to be.

I have the Inogen One G5, it is a good machine but it only goes to a pulse of 6 lpm. It does not have a continuous flow at all. Now it doesn't keep up with me. Otherwise a great machine.

Have had 1 failure of the unit at a sports event we were watching. After taking w/ a CS the next day, I reset unit and things seem to be fine. However for outings over an hour we need certainty. I was a little disappointed
