We bought the Inogen system and two batteries. We were 2 1/2 hours away and the batteries were running low. We tried to plug in the electrical cord and the cord is bad. We are far from home and no air and a faulty cord. We called EMts for canister oxygen tank but at $3500 out of our pocket , this is ridiculous!

Hard up for business. E mail me almost everyday even when I tell them I'm not interested in their piece of junk. Read too many bad reviews about this piece of crap so stop harassing. I have no idea how this company got a hold of my email address but they keep spamming me with junk mail to sell their products and I never never even heard of them nor looked at their site ever! The product came damaged which is not your fault. However, dealing with the staff at UPS for return and delivery has been nightmare and they are extremely rude. Still no new equipment. You need to look at another transportation carrier.

Please be aware. If you are a Medicare patient and have a problem with your unit, Inogen will send you a cheaper, crappy replacement from a different manufacurer. Medicare customers come last on their list. Most new units are being shipped to India for a new contract. Their long term domestic customers are the ones eating crap. Their customer service team does nothing, regardless of their response here.

The machine stopped working 4 days into our 7 day trip. I was very disappointed as that was the main reason we purchased the machine.
